Any illness that includes inflammation can cause Autism symptoms in both children and adults.
Continous brain fog or cognitive disfunction from gluten consumption.
Episodes from Familial Mediterrean Fever can be followed by brain fog or cognitive disfunction.
Parents can be in denial about Autism. But so can doctors. When a child has an illness, meaning they don't feel well often. The very last diagnosis should be Autism. Because there is no medication that cures Autism, there's no diet changes, the child is simply stuck.
Instead of Autism being a last resort in the United States. Our Peditricians are completely fine condemning sick children with this diagnosis. Even if there's pain. Even if there's fever. Even if there's another disease detected. Just ask Children's of Colorado.
We first realized that anything with the Earth's unfiltered water triggered Naida. Then we figured out gluten was a problem, wheat holds a lot of impurities from our planet's water. Then we figured out that all of these impurites over that last seven plus years may have destablized Naida's stomach. So things like emotional and physical stress, rapid changes in humidity, or cold exposure can stress her body and trigger episodes of inflammation.
We removed wheat from Naida's diet and the elevated temperatures subsided instantly. She had high temps for 4 years. Naida also suffered from episodes with inflammation (no fever) which took four months to subside.
If your child is sensitive to gluten then fresh fruits and vegetables could be bothering them as well. Dehydrated or cooked fruit & vegatables only. Naida eats dehyrdrated bananas, cooked berries, and stir fry.
Excessive sodium can negatively impact gut health increasing inflammation. Try to keep daily salt consumption under 1500 mg.
Overeating can shock the body, causing an immune response. Especially if only one food item is being consumed. Overeating may be an effort to self trigger. Having several different food options can be very helpful. Alternate between food types during periods of overeating
Some children may try to ovehydrate. Contol water intake, only drink filtered water. Overhydraing can shock the body, causing severe headache. Don't let your child compulsively drink water or other liquids.
Indoor and outdoor humidity could be affecting your child. The ideal indoor humidity is 45% and you should try to avoid being outside during high humidity. Also monitor for big changes in humidity as those can trigger inflammation.
Jumping into a pool or a lake can shock the body causing causing an immune response. Avoid all water activities until your child is feeling beter.
In connection with humidity, close proximity to bodies of water like lakes, pools, ponds, streams and even puddles can rapidly change the surrounding humidity, shocking the body. During showers, don't let water gather up in the bottom of the tub.
High outdoor AQI can trigger an immune response. Try to avoid going outdoors during periods where the PM2.5 and PM10 are over 50 AQI.
It may sound crazy but eating ice or sluchies can trigger an immune resonse and inflammation. The rapid change in internal termaperature can shock the body.
